About Us
Action Insurance Brokers (Action) was founded in 1993 by Jon & Vicki Stack in Windsor NSW. Jon had previously worked in Broking, Claims, Reinsurance and Insurance Risk surveying before starting Action. Over the years, Action grew to become a significant influence in the general insurance industry, working for our clients to ensure that insurance companies treated them fairly, both at the time of arranging and renewing policies and most importantly, when paying claims.
With over 50 team members in 5 offices across Sydney and the Gold Coast, we assist clients around Australia with their business and personal insurance needs. Action deals with over 100 insurance companies and underwriting agencies so we can meet both every day insurance needs and also those clients with unique circumstances.
